The stakeholders in the handicraft sector are the valuable producers, masters and craftsmen, designers, teachers, traders, and educators of this important element of social culture!
TOBB verleent onze beurs sinds dit jaar de status van internationale beurs. We hielden het om het maatschappelijk bewustzijn over traditioneel en hedendaags handwerk te vergroten en om zowel nationaal als internationaal handwerk te promoten.
De vierde editie van de internationale ambachts- en designbeurs CRAFTISTANBUL, die dit jaar plaatsvindt op 4-8 oktober 2023, staat gepland.
Participants from Turkey and other countries participated with different categories of handicraft designs. Over 400 artists from around the world, including 50 from Turkey, participated in this event. Also participating were 13 universities, 20 Maturation Institutes (Maturation Institutes), 6 municipalities, women’s cooperatives and handicraft and design associations. There were 25 panels, interviews, and 50 workshops with product displays. The "Handicraft Honor Award", given to Waxing Batik Artist Atif Atalayer and the "Handicraft Support Honor Award", given to Maturation Institutes of General Directorate of Lifelong Learning, was presented to Waxing Batik Artist Atif Atalayer.
