Belfast Harbor Fest is a community project by the Belfast Rotary Club. It honors the maritime traditions of Belfast, Maine. It provides opportunities for people of all ages to experience Belfast Harbor, stimulates economic life in Belfast and the Belfast region, encourages membership in Belfast Rotary Club and generates support Rotary service projects which make Rotary's belief of "Service Above Self" real.
